FAQ Sheet

Q- I would like to order some items from you, but not online. Do you have a paper catalog?
A- Yep! If you would like a paper catalog, please send an e-mail titled "CATALOG" to shadowscastprod@yahoo.com and include your name & mailing address. We will make sure you get a paper catalog that includes many of the items from our website, to order from.

Q- How long do I have to wait for my stuff to arrive?
A- Credit card orders - less than a week typically. However, some orders may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on where you live, or if an item is out of stock. Snail mail orders - approximately 4 weeks MAXIMUM. We understand that this can be quite a wait but we are trying to keep up with the sheer amount of orders that we get.

Q- What do I do if my card is declined?
A- Contact your credit card company or your bank (if using a debit card) and ask them why the transaction was not approved. We have no control over what orders get declined, nor are we allowed access to the information declaring WHY a particular order is declined.

Q- What happens if an item I ordered ends up being out of stock?
A- You will receive a notice in the mail, either with the other items you ordered or just in the mail stating that the item you ordered is out of stock. Just read that sheet and it will tell you all you need to know.

Q- If I want to exchange an item, what do I do?
A- You must send an e-mail to shadowscastprod@yahoo.com and tell us what you want to exchange and WHY you want to exchange it. It must be a valid reason for exchange (***see below). Please title the e-mail with your order number and “EXCHANGE” in the title. Somebody will write you back with the information on how and where to send it back to us.

***A valid reason for an exchange would be a mistake on our part (i.e. “You sent me the wrong size/wrong item altogether!” or “This size does not fit, I would like to exchange it for a size ___.”).

We will NOT process an exchange or return because you decided you did not like the item you ordered, so please, order carefully!!!

Q- Does your site share the information it receives?
A- Nope. We (unlike larger retailers, you all know who you are…) will never, ever, under ANY circumstance whatsoever sell or share your information to a third party. We are in the business of selling music, not information, and do not agree with companies that use your personal information for any purpose other than to complete your Shadows Cast Records’ order.
